No way around the guard
Every AI request passes through one guarded layer that checks, classifies and records it. There is no other path to a model.
Recorded and tamper-evident
Each interaction lands in an append-only audit log. The log keeps fingerprints of student text, not the text itself.
Teacher approval
A student space stays closed until a teacher enables it. The AI proposes; the teacher's decision is authoritative.
Hints, never answers
The tutor is built never to hand over the final answer.
Safeguarding flags
Tutor conversations are screened for safeguarding concerns, and open alerts reach school leadership.
No training on student data
Student data is never sent for model training. The rule is enforced at the provider boundary and tested.
